Design Consultation
An in-depth, in-home 45-minute consultation where we explore and uncover your style preferences, answer your design questions and sketch and develop a plan for optimal space transformation.
We cover topics such as renovations of kitchens/bathrooms, colour/paint options, wall and window treatments, furniture, lighting and space planning.
After the consultation, we develop a project brief and design proposal required to achieve your goals.

(based on 30km travel from Mermaid Waters, travel charges apply for projects further afield or we can offer a remote service)
Interior Design
Renovations / Room Redesign
Includes:
CAD design drawings 2D + 3D - space planning, floor plans, elevations and lighting plans.
Photo-realistic rendering - to visualise your new space.
Preparing interior design documentation - ready to hand over to Builders / Trades
Selections + Schedules - lighting, flooring and wall finishes (timber flooring, wall and floor tiles, carpet, stone, etc.)
Note: a qualified Builder or Building Designer/Architect is required for structural renovations.
Bespoke Cabinetry
Includes:
CAD design drawings 2D + 3D for specific joinery - ready to hand over to Builders, Trades, & Cabinetmakers.
Photo-realistic rendering - to visualise your new space.
Finishes schedule relating to the bespoke cabinetry, flooring, wall tiles and benchtops.
Appliance suggestions (if applicable)
Fixtures schedule - for plumbing fixtures (taps, mixers) / door and drawer hardware (if applicable)
Feature lighting schedule
The Initial Design Consultation is recommended before booking us for renovations/room redesign or any substantial custom cabinetry project like kitchens and butler's pantry.
Interior Decorating
We work with you to elevate your existing space with furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting and accessories - the finishing touches.
Includes:
1 x virtual concept mood board based on your project brief.
CAD design drawings;
- 1 x Floor plan with dimensions for space planning.
- 1 x Set of elevations (noting ceiling/window/door height, data and electrical points).
Window treatments - curtains, sheers, plantation shutters.
Selections and schedules for wall paint, furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting and accessories.
A shoppable link for samples procurement - tiles / flooring / fabrics. (Client to order and purchase)
Furniture sourced from our trade-only suppliers and quality high-street stores.

Looking for a lower spend on furniture? Enquire on our DIY service utilising quality mainstream stores, allowing you to complete the project at your leisure.
